Head Coach: Kristina Engel

Coach K is the owner of an all-star cheerleading gym named Ultimate Cheer & Tumble, as well as a seasoned coach in the area- most known for her work with varsity teams at local high schools and leading them to local and regional championships. She has also been the Assistant Coach of Cornell Cheerleading for the past 5 years, winning the Ivy League Championships in 2016. She cheered her entire childhood, has coached her entire adult life and works hard to lead the Ithaca College team to their successes, in hopes of winning many titles in the years to come! Coach Engel's favorite thing about coaching is showing her athletes that they can do anything through passion & hard work. She lives locally with her husband Kevin, son Eli, and dogs Maui and Neo. In her very limited spare time, she enjoys birdwatching, boating, and dreaming up innovative ways to insure her teams are performing at their peak. Every season she is excited to get to work and show the team what they can do!
